-maximum number of 25 entrants; alternate spots will be held

When: immediately following Winter Storm 2017: The Pipes & Drums Concert, January 14

Where:

Winter Steam, Grand Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel

Rules:

– Time limit: 5 minutes
– Instrumentation: anything goes
– Personnel: at least 1; no maximum
– any given individual may play with one group only
– Method of selection of winners: adjudication by an official Winter Storm judging panel.
-order of play will be posted prior to Winter Storm 2017
